Artificial intelligence (AI) company Persona AI announced on the 00th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with TG Sambo for AI business cooperation.

This agreement was prepared to expand AI PC and server business by combining Persona AI's generative artificial intelligence (GEN AI) engine and TG Sambo's hardware expertise, and to provide generative AI technology more safely and effectively.

The two companies plan to cooperate in ▲development and optimization of AI PC and server based on GEN AI ▲joint sales and marketing ▲exchange of on-device AI technology.

Persona AI is launching on-device AI technology in earnest, and is blocking concerns about information leakage at the source by utilizing a lightweight AI engine that operates without an internet connection. This technology helps to safely utilize generative AI in security-critical fields such as public institutions and finance. The plan is to strengthen competitiveness in the rapidly growing market by supplying reliable AI PCs and servers through collaboration with TG Sambo.

TG Sambo plans to provide solutions that are both secure and stable for B2B (business-to-business) and B2G (government-to-government) customers who are considering introducing generative AI. Based on its hardware expertise accumulated for approximately 40 years, it plans to develop products optimized for on-device AI technology and conquer the market.
