PERSONA AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) company, participated in the 'AI & Big Data Show' held at COEX from June 19th to 21st and presented an artificial intelligence contact center (AICC) using augmented reality (AR) and metaverse.

At this event, held in conjunction with 'Smart Tech Korea', an exhibition specializing in future leading technologies, over 400 companies in the AI, big data, and cloud fields participated and introduced the latest technologies and solutions applicable to all industries.

PERSONA AI operated a booth with the concept of ‘AI arcade where you can enjoy various AICC’. In particular, a new concept AICC based on AR and metaverse was unveiled for the first time and attracted great attention. Visitors experienced the AICC of the future by wearing AR glasses and talking with virtual characters or with a grandfather counselor who transformed into a cute Metaverse character. In addition, services utilizing Persona AI's own development engine, such as AI callbots and picture and music creation AI, were displayed.

Additionally, PERSONA AI Director Seongjae Jeon participated as a speaker at the smart technology conference 'TechCon'. In the presentation session titled ‘LLM, RAG and now?’, strategies and technologies were presented to explore the essence and value of AI by looking at generative AI, large language models (LLM), and search-augmented generation (RAG).

Seungjae Yoo, CEO of PERSONA AI, said, "As a leader in the domestic AICC market, we wanted to showcase the same level of AI services and technology on AR and Metaverse." He added, "We are creating an AICC that takes care of both people and technology by making various attempts based on our own technology."
