Artificial intelligence (AI) company PERSONA AI (CEO Jeong Bo-young and Yoo Seung-jae) announced on the 15th that it has recruited CEO Jeong Bo-young from NAVER and LINE.

As a result, PERSONA AI is operated under a two-person system in which CEO Yoo Seung-jae, the founder, is in charge of management strategy and service development, and the new CEO Jeong Jeong-young is in charge of new businesses. With this appointment, the company plans to speed up management substantiation and service advancement, while strengthening the foundation for applying and showcasing AI services in more diverse areas.

CEO Jeong Bo-young is a veteran in the IT industry with more than 30 years of experience in Korea and Japan. After working at Neowiz, SK Communications and NAVER, he moved to Japan and served as the head of the LINE IT Service Center, NHN CTO, and NHN Techorus Vice President. In 2019, he was appointed as the executive vice president in charge of GS ITM's business, and later became co-CEO, leading the growth of new businesses with a focus on software as a service (SaaS).

PERSONA AI will aggressively expand its business with the addition of CEO Jeong Jeong-young. In addition to its main business, AICC (Artificial Intelligence Contact Center), the company is also working on in-house AI services that improve the overall work productivity of companies. In particular, starting with the Korean ChatGPT service 'KGPT' and the intelligent document management system 'AI KMS', it will support companies and institutions to introduce AI and achieve digital transformation without worrying about security.
