Pesona AI announced today (16th) that it recently signed a lead management contract with Samsung Securities for an initial public offering (IPO).

Established in 2017, Persona AI has developed its own natural language processing engine and has been providing Korea's first subscription AI Contact Center (AICC) service since 2021.

AI contact centers can provide 24-hour consultation services through chatbots or callbots without waiting time for a representative.

Financial institutions such as KB Financial Group and Hanwha Non-life Insurance have introduced and are using this AI contact center.

It is also characterized by having data generation technology that realizes optimized performance with limited data and lightweight natural language processing engine technology.

Using this technology, you can easily utilize AI contact center solutions and further create generative AI services for each corporate customer.

Unlike ChatGPT, Persona AI also developed 'KGPT', a solution that public institutions and companies can use without security concerns.
