AICC is an artificial intelligence (AI)-based customer center that uses various AI technologies such as voice engines, voice recognition, and sentence analysis to enable 24-hour consultation through AI chatbots and callbots without waiting time to connect to a counselor. AI recommends answer-related information to counselors, enabling faster processing.


Persona AI is a company with technological prowess and product competitiveness that developed its own Natural Language Processing engine and was the first in Korea to introduce a subscription-type AICC service. It is attracting attention in the industry for its highest level of competitiveness in the AICC field in Korea.


We have been providing services to domestic and foreign corporate customers since 2021 with self-developed AI solutions such as chatbots and callbots required for AICC business. Even financial institutions that are considered relatively strict, such as KB Financial Group and Hanwha Non-life Insurance, are carrying out many AICC projects.


The two companies have joined hands to secure AI leadership in the customer service sector amid widespread innovation across all industries in the era of generative AI.


Through this collaboration, SKT plans to strengthen its comprehensive AICC (AICC E2E, End-to-End) business, which goes beyond selling AICC solutions and provides the entire process from consulting, infrastructure construction, maintenance and repair services, and outsourcing (BPO). am.


An SKT official said, "We plan to lead the AICC market through joint product launches with Persona AI and proactive technology development, and expand the ecosystem so that voice AI can be used not only in contact centers but also in various industrial areas."
