Persona AI launches Korea's first AI cloud contact center solution 'Bottalks'

Persona AI's 'Bottalks' is a compound word of BOT and TALKS, and it is a product that users can use easily and conveniently by entering information without coding or manuals, and AI chatbots and callbots are completed immediately.


Bottalk is based on the self-developed dialogue engine (Ariel), which shows 100% Korean recognition rate and response rate in the KOLAS international test and TTA test, respectively, and a response speed of around 0.4 seconds. By remembering conversations, contextual two-way and complex conversations are possible, and the only one in Korea that can adjust the speaking speed and volume, and responds even if a customer suddenly speaks on a different subject by applying Barge-in technology.


As a result of actually applying Bottox to domestic hospitals, the workload of 5 counselors was digested and 78% of the total calls were answered. Currently, through pre-marketing for two weeks, it has secured about 3,000 customers, including 100 medium-sized and large companies, in a short period of time.
