DB Insurance, together with DB FIS, announced on the 25th that it plans to verify the effectiveness of a two-month trial operation for customers who visited the Busan Customer Center to file a long-term insurance accident using the industry's first interactive artificial intelligence kiosk.
By using 'UI/UX design' and artificial intelligence '3D avatar' for senior customers over the age of 50, the main customer base who visits the customer center and receives long-term insurance accident reporting services, the convenience was further enhanced.
By deploying and utilizing an artificial intelligence kiosk at the customer window, it is expected that the long waiting time, which is one of the most inconvenient points during the rush hour, will be eliminated, and the service satisfaction will increase by improving the convenience of senior customers.
