On the other hand, Persona AI is supplying installed chatbots without security issues to a number of public companies and financial institutions by using an AI conversation engine developed in-house. It is jointly developed with non-life insurance.

In addition, the AI ​​kiosk, which was delivered to the Financial Services Commission and received favorable reviews during the 'Korea Fintech Week 2019' event, was installed at the DB Insurance Busan Customer Center in June of this year and started a pilot operation for customers who received long-term insurance accidents for two months. .
