PERSONA AI announced that it held a seminar titled 'SONA AUTO AI 2025' at the Le Meridien Hotel in Myeongdong, Seoul on the 22nd.

This seminar was organized to expand the use of AI in the imported car market and innovate business. With about 40 importers and captive finance officials in attendance, Persona AI presented the benefits and real-life cases of AX (Artificial Intelligence Transformation) centered on the platform 'SONA AUTO AI' for the imported car industry.

SONA AUTO AI is a platform that integrates and improves the efficiency of core tasks of the imported car business such as test drives, contract signing, A/S, consultation, customer response, and marketing based on AI. IT consulting experts from the automobile industry designed the optimal AI-based platform model based on industry characteristics, operational structure, and work processes.

At the seminar, a case of leading the implementation of AX using SONA AUTO AI was shared. Unlike existing commercial platforms, it received high praise for accurately identifying and reflecting the voices of actual work sites. A Q&A session was held to ask and answer questions about the difficulties faced by the industry surrounding AI, the introduction process, and the period.
