Persona System announced on the 26th that it had acquired GS Certification Level 1 from the Korea Information and Communication Technology Association (TTA) with its artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot solution.

GS certification is a national certification system that certifies software quality. After rigorous testing at the level of the operating environment in which the actual product will be used, the software's functionality, reliability, efficiency, and maintainability are evaluated and certified based on ISO international standards.

Persona System's AI chatbot obtained 100% response rate and 0.43 second response time through KOLAS international certification in January of this year. The excellence of a Korean-specialized AI platform was once again proven externally.

On the other hand, the Persona System has been designated as 'Innovative Financial Service' by the Financial Services Commission in May of this year and has recently succeeded in winning orders in various industries such as Korea Gas Corporation and Hanwha Insurance. This can be said to be the result of being able to create an installed chatbot based on its own platform without security issues, and being recognized for its differentiated technology such as excellent Korean recognition rate, natural language generation, topic and context identification.

Seungjae Yoo, CEO of Persona System, said, "The excellence of our AI platform and chatbot has been sufficiently proven by KOLAS and GS certification, and through this, orders from financial institutions and public companies are continuing." He continued, "After consultations with large corporate affiliates for domestic distributors, we plan to sign a contract within December, and European investment support agencies highly valued our artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot solution and announced their intention to actively support overseas expansion next year. We plan to challenge the market,” he added.
